I know everyone is busy these days and the last thing you want to do is to have to listen to a sales pitch or negotiate pricing. So here's mine, and if you've researched other companies already, you'll see that it is very competitive. If you haven't researched other companies already, don't bother, my pricing is very competitive.
General Home Inspection: $300.00 for up to 2000 sq Ft..$350.00 Over 2000 Sq Ft.
Apartment and Condo GHI: $250 up to 1500 sq' for the first unit. $200 p/additional unit, up to (5) units total. Additional discounts available for larger complexes. Discounts also available for multi-unit radont testing.
Radon Testing: $125.00 If done in conjunction with a Home Inspection.
Discount: All active, non active, and honorably discharged military personnel, as well as all veterans will receive a 10% discount.
*General Home Inspection pricing refers to homes in a reasonable state of condition. Any home in unusually poor condition that will result in excessive inspection services will be subject to extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the inspection is performed.And Homes over 35 years of age.
